Assistant Director of Engineering – Park City, UT – Up to $110k

We are working with a 5-star hotel who is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to join their team.

You will help keep the property in top shape—safe, well-maintained, and fully functional.

This role plays a key part in overseeing building systems, ongoing upkeep, and energy use, while ensuring everything aligns with brand expectations and required guidelines.

What they are looking for:

• Proven years of hands-on experience leading facility engineering operations in a hotel or resort setting
• Solid working knowledge of building systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep
• Comfortable overseeing projects from planning through to completion
• Experience leading a engineering/facility team of 20+
• Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting skills
