Role:  Business Analyst 
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
 
We’re seeking a numbers-driven, commercially aware Business Analyst to join our client on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working with data, has strong financial modelling skills, and can transform numbers into insights that drive business decisions.
 
What’s the role?

- Build and run financial models to assess commercial opportunities, risks, and forecast performance
- Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from CRM systems and other internal platforms
- Design and maintain spreadsheets for tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes
- Turn data into clear, insightful charts and visualisations for various stakeholders
- Identify and analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies in performance and financial data
- Interpret and communicate what the data actually means—connecting figures to business outcomes
- Tell the story behind the numbers, presenting insights that are actionable and commercially relevant
- Support bid processes, project proposals, and commercial documentation with data-led input
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools and analytical approaches

Skills - 

- High attention to detail, and natural affinity for numbers
- To be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have technical and analytical thinking
- CRM experience
- Ambitious, able to work as part of a team
- Experience in data/business analysis
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
