This is an ideal step‑up role for an ambitious Assistant Bar Manager who thrives on a busy service and loves delivering memorable guest experiences.

• Proven experience in high‑volume bars or gastropubs
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Strong floor presence with confident, hands‑on leadership
• Solid understanding of bar operations and stock control
• Ability to motivate and develop a large, diverse team
