I am looking for a regional sales and marketing manager for this FANTASTIC international hospitality group!

This internationally renowned hospitality group has been at the forefront of combining dining, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences for decades.

With a global footprint spanning 100+ venues, the company offers a dynamic environment where people can enjoy food while enjoying the different offers from the venues.

As a regional sales and marketing manager you will be responsible for the south of Europe markets.

This role drives commercial and creative momentum across a high-energy, culturally iconic hospitality brand with global reach.

You’ll lead regional sales and marketing efforts of the restaurants, inspiring regional teams to elevate guest experiences, increase visibility, and maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with a passion for hospitality, bringing bold ideas to life across multiple locations.

Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams ensures alignment with broader brand vision while empowering local innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support regional sales and marketing staff to optimize performance
• Identify local opportunities for events, partnerships, and market expansion
• Develop and implement promotional strategies and creative campaigns
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
• Analyze data and trends to inform strategy and improve results
• Oversee multi-location marketing initiatives and performance reporting
• Represent the brand at industry events and media opportunities
• Align closely with operations to manage resources and ensure execution
• Focus 70% slaes - 30% marketing

Qualifications

• Strong track record in sales and marketing leadership
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple locations
• Skilled in digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Multilingual skills a plus; English fluency required
