As they expand into Latin America, they’re seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to support new market openings and drive operational excellence across the region.

The Role

• Lead store openings and ensure smooth operations across multiple markets, maintaining brand standards and driving daily operational excellence.
• Develop dashboards, track store launch timelines, and identify opportunities to boost sales and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement improvement strategies, bringing a hands-on, adaptable approach to a fast-growing international environment.

What they are looking for:

• Proven experience in franchise operations and the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Strong background in supporting new market openings, implementing operational processes, and ensuring brand standards.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time across Latin America to support regional operations and store launches.
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong knowledge of data analytic tools for operational tracking and analysis
