Compliance Administrator

Looking to take on a varied role that blends governance, compliance, and administration? This opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact while supporting essential services across multiple departments.

In the Compliance Administrator role, you will be:


  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Overseeing policy management, ensuring documentation is current, compliant, and well-organised
  • Supporting GDPR processes and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with admin tasks including communications, appointment and referral handling and record keeping 
  • Inputting invoices, raising purchase orders, and supporting general finance admin using Xero
  • Managing counselling service admin including client intake, scheduling, session tracking, and invoicing

To be successful, you will need:


  • Previous experience in governance, compliance, administrative support
  • A strong understanding of data protection and policy development
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently and liaising with a range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client or finance systems (e.g.

    Xero)

This is a temporary role for 4 months initially, working part-time 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically 9:00am - 14:00pm).

You'll be based in offices in Abergele, on a salary IRO £13.74 per hour plus benefits including weekly pay, holidays and more.
