Employment Solicitor

Are you a driven and ambitious Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge? We're offering an exciting opportunity for an NQ or Associate-level Solicitor to join a thriving team in Birmingham City Centre.

With a focus on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, this role provides a chance to further develop your expertise and make a meaningful impact within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.


• Prepare and represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases.


• Draft and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.


• Contribute to marketing and non-fee-earning activities like seminars and training.


• Occasionally support corporate matters, advising on TUPE, indemnities, and conducting due diligence.

Job Requirements:

• Recent qualification or Associate-level experience in employment law.


• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills.


• Ability to manage a varied caseload in a supportive team environment.
