Head of People Operations, London, £50,000 + Bonus

I am super excited to be working with a renowned venue in London who are looking for a commercially astute and people-focused Head of People Operations to lead the staffing function in a large-scale, fast-paced venue environment.

With a focus on driving workforce engagement, operational excellence, and staffing strategies, this role is key to ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full people operation across a complex calendar of events
• Build a proactive staffing strategy that drives reliability, consistency, and revenue
• Manage agency relationships and own all workforce planning and deployment
• Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and labour forecasting
• Champion a high-performance, guest-focused culture across the venue

Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing large-scale casual and variable workforces
• Strong commercial awareness and a drive to optimise labour ROI
• Confident managing multiple agency relationships and event staffing KPIs
• A hands-on leader with exceptional stakeholder and team engagement skills
