Up to £80,000 plus bonus

This is one of those roles that doesn’t come up often.

We’re working with a premium restaurant concept in Central London that’s about to level up – and they’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to lead from the front.

It’s not just about running a slick operation (although that’s a given).

It’s about creating exceptional guest experiences, building a high-performing team, and helping shape the next phase of the business.

There are multiple revenue streams and plenty of project work – so if you like variety, this is one to get excited about.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading day-to-day operations with a focus on high standards and attention to detail
• Driving performance across service, sales and people
• Coaching and developing your team to be the best in the business
• Creating a strong, positive culture with excellent staff retention
• Being a key player in upcoming projects, openings and strategic changes

What we’re looking for:

• A strong background in premium or high-volume dining
• Someone who leads with energy, professionalism and presence
• Proven experience running busy, guest-focused sites with high service standards
• Bonus points for new opening experience
• A passion for mentoring and growing your team – no ego, just solid leadership
