Sales Executive - New Venue Opening - Up to £35,000 + Bonus

Full-time | 5 Days On-Site |

The Role:

We are working with a fantastic new venue set to open soon in the heart of London, and the team is looking to grow with the addition of a Sales Executive.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality who’s passionate about sales and eager to grow within a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Although the venue is not open yet, it’s already generating strong interest in the market.

The team is now looking for someone to join early and play a key role in supporting the Business Development Manager to drive pre-booked sales and build meaningful client relationships ahead of launch.

Key Qualities:


  • Strong and vibrant personality – hungry to succeed and passionate about sales
  • Proven hospitality experience is a must
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • A team player who collaborates well across departments and supports leadership

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the BDM in identifying and pursuing new business and partnership opportunities
  • Help maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maximise conversions from incoming enquiries to drive pre-booked sales
  • Assist in coordinating and delivering events from planning through to execution
  • Support with proactive outreach, sales proposals, show rounds, and follow-ups
