Event Manger – Luxury Venue, Gloucestershire, £45,000

I am working a luxury venue in Gloucestershire who are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Event Manager to join the team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role including corporate events, private celebrations, wellness retreats, and seasonal experiences.

You’ll work both independently and with a driven team, managing multiple tasks with agility and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full event cycle from concept to post-event review
• Oversee event setup and breakdown
• Lead creative production, styling, and ambience design
• Source and manage suppliers and vendors
• Develop and manage budgets to maximise impact and profitability
• Handle contracts, proposals, and invoices

Skills & Experience:

• Event experience ideally from a luxury background
• Strong relationship and communication skills
• Flexible, calm under pressure, proactive, and detail-focused
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
• Creative, self-driven, and team-oriented
