Engineering Manager – Turks & Caicos, Caribbean – $55k to $65k + Service Charge

We’re working with a stunning beachfront resort in the Caribbean that blends laid-back luxury with incredible design and top-notch hospitality.

Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager to support day-to-day facilities operations across their luxury beachfront property.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this number two role will help lead a team of 15, ensuring all maintenance, safety, and engineering standards are upheld across the resort.

• Tax-free salary of $55K–$65K USD annually plus approx.
  
  $18K in service charge and potential bonus
• $1,500/month housing allowance (shared accommodation available), with work permit, flights, and annual ticket home covered
• Generous time off including 15 vacation days and 14 public holidays

What they are looking for:

• Experience in a management role within resort or luxury hotel engineering teams
• Familiarity with Forbes 4- or 5-star standards and service expectations
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proven ability to manage preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead and train a team of engineers and technicians
• Caribbean experience a plus!
