ServiceNow Architect - Cape Town or Johannesburg

A leading ServiceNow Partner is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join their growing South African team.

Based in Cape Town or Johannesburg, this role offers the opportunity to architect and lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations for major enterprise clients across banking, energy, telecoms, and public sector.
💼 Responsibilities:

- Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM)
- Own technical governance and ensure scalable, supportable, best-practice implementations
- Oversee integrations, CMDB design, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders to align platform architecture with business needs
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
- Stay current with ServiceNow’s roadmap and drive innovation through new features and modules

✅ Requirements:

- 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow with at least 2 years in a dedicated Architect or Lead Consultant role
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale enterprise implementations
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and integrations
- Hands-on experience across at least two of the following: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, IRM
- ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CIS, ITOM, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Cape Town or Johannesburg
- South African work authorisation required

- Monthly salary: ZAR 83,000 – 133,000/month (CTC, tax-inclusive)
