What you'll be doing

You'll oversee the home managers from a clinical aspect, putting your expertise to use, with some troubleshooting and helping with commissioning.

You'll travel between several sites in Cheshire and North Wales (you'll need a car/licence).

The first six months, while you get up to speed, you'll have one home as a “base”, putting the world to rights there, then taking what you've learned to the other sites.

You can get stuck in yourself, rather than bark orders from the sidelines.

If a manager's unavailable, you roll up your sleeves.

What you'll need

• As it's a clinical role, you'll need that background - you're either an RGN or RMN.


• You must have had exposure to elderly nursing homes due to the unique challenges there.


• We need someone who can hit the ground running, so you'll need experience having managed a home before.


• If you've already got multi-site experience, we'll absolutely love you.
  
  But maybe you're a hungry Home Manager who wants to step up into regional management.
  
  You'll have the six months at the “base” home to prove yourself.
