Due to continued expansion, a leading law firm is seeking a driven Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their team.

Job Role
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of corporate and commercial work, including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements.

The firm is open to candidates of all PQE levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions


• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales


• Assisting with shareholder agreements and share schemes


• Providing strategic legal advice to clients


• Working collaboratively with other teams within the firm

Job Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered)


• Strong technical expertise in corporate and commercial law


• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
