What You’ll Be Doing as an assembly operative:

- Assembling a range of precision-engineered products using hand tools and jigs
- Following technical drawings and work instructions
- Performing quality checks and basic testing
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working both independently and as part of a supportive team

What We’re Looking For in an assembly operative:

- Previous assembly experience (mechanical or electrical) is ideal
- Able to work from instructions and technical drawings
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
- PC literate and comfortable recording basic production data
