We’re partnering with a prestigious hospitality venue seeking a Head Chef to oversee a dedicated kitchen team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about operational excellence, staff development, and delivering impeccable guest experiences.

The Ideal Head Chef:
• Proven experience leading a brigade in upscale hospitality/hotels
• Strong financial acumen (stock control, payroll, waste reduction)
• Ability to train, hire, and motivate a team
• Hands-on approach during service, with a keen eye for detail
• H&S compliance and proactive problem-solving
