We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Manager to join our clients in Las Vegas.

They are an immersive nightlife destination combining games, vibrant neon visuals, and a creative cocktail and food program—perfect for group outings and private events.

The Event Sales Manager will lead event sales efforts, manage bookings, and deliver standout guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring a passion for both sales and events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and event bookings
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners
• Plan and coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, catering, and entertainment
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event execution
• Partner with marketing to promote events through social media, email, and campaigns
• Provide sales reporting and performance analysis to leadership

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality or events
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced team environments
• Familiar with event planning processes and CRM tools
