General Manager, Clearwater, Florida, up to $150k

We are working with a new client in Clearwater, Florida to find a new general manager to manage two of their properties.

This property is undergoing some big changes and are looking for someone who can help build and develop the community and property operations.

Responsibilities:  

• Recruit, onboard and manage the performance of staff to maintain a high level of service and professionalism
• Financially astute, managing cost controls and inventories
• Overlooking improvements projects – maintenance, construction and housekeeping
• Go to person for residents and the association

Ideal General Manager:

• Proven experience in property operation
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong computer program skills
• Knowledge of all Florida statutes and city regulations
• Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM)
