Sales Leader, Facilities Management

My client, a leading provider of Facilities Services nationally, are seeking a Sales Leader to oversee their South West region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to not just lead a sales team, but the shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy across new and existing FM service lines.
  • Manage and mentor a dynamic sales team, setting targets, providing coaching, and fostering high performance.
  • Identify new opportunities, lead end-to-end bid and tender processes, and build strong client relationships.
  •  Work closely with the operations and executive team, providing clear sales pipeline reporting and market insights.

Key Requirements:


  • Proven track record in senior sales roles, ideally within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Experienced in managing, motivating, and scaling successful sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, contract structures, and client value propositions.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels and lead successful tender submissions.
