My client is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their busy and thriving Commercial Department based just outside Solihull.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, client-focused individual who enjoys working in a close-knit, supportive team — and values the structure and camaraderie of a fully office-based environment.

About the Role
As part of their expanding Commercial team, you will manage a broad caseload of commercial property transactions including:

- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases and renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development and investment deals

What They’re Looking For

- Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in commercial property law
- Ability to run files independently and efficiently
- Solid understanding of contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Strong client communication skills and commercial awareness
- Knowledge of company law (desirable but not essential)
- Fully office-based – suitable for those preferring a traditional, team-oriented workplace

Location & Hours

- Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with slight flexibility, e.g.

8:30am – 4:30pm)
- Please note: Not a city centre role – best suited to those who enjoy working in a village-based firm with easy access to local amenities and parking
