General Manager – Greenville, SC – Up to $190k + Bonus and Benefits

Our client is a luxury boutique hotel, known as the ultimate escape for nature lovers and relaxion seekers, due to the hotel’s amenities and their surroundings.

We're on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager who's passionate about hospitality, thrives on delivering results, and loves creating unique guest experiences.

The Role 

• Encourage a supportive and dynamic work environment.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee all aspects of associate management, including strategic recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and development and performance management.
• Provide strong leadership and hands-on management of all hotel departments.
• Responsible for managing hotel and departmental budgets.

What they are looking for: 

• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel
• Passion for delivering unique and special guest experiences
• Solid knowledge of NOI, budgeting, and financial performance metrics. 
• Proficient in computer systems; experience with hotel management software preferred.
