The Hotel & Kitchens:
- Two distinct concepts: Relaxed fine-dining grill + exclusive tasting menu dining room.
- Team: Focus on upskilling and full training
- Produce: Locally sourced ingredients
The Ideal Pastry Sous:
- Experience in fine dining/hotels (1+ year in current role preferred)
- Passion for seasonal produce
- Experience in afternoon tea, and high-volume events
