Assistant General Manager – Spitalfields – Up to £35,000+Bonus

The Role:

We are working with a fantastic, growing hospitality group to recruit an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant General Manager for a small and cosy restaurant/bar in Spitalfields.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong Assistant Manager or existing AGM looking to take the next step in their career.

The venue has a relaxed, welcoming feel and is part of a wider group with multiple sites across London, offering genuine progression into a General Manager role in the near future.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or AGM in hospitality
• A hands-on operator who leads by example
• Strong focus on guest experience and team culture
• Confidence supporting the GM with day-to-day operations
• P&L and stock control knowledge preferred
• Ambitious, reliable, and eager to grow with the business
