About the Role:

As Cell Leader in our Farnborough Paint Shop, you’ll oversee a team of four and play an integral part in advancing our finishing standards.

Working Monday to Friday (38hrs/week), you’ll:

- Lead and manage all shop floor activity, ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional finishes
- Oversee painting operations including wet and powder coating—military/defence sector experience is a plus
- Supervise, support, and develop your team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment
- Drive continuous improvement through proven 5S/7S methodologies: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardise, Secure, Safe, Sustain
- Maintain high compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Hands-on experience with wet and powder painting, ideally including military/defence projects
- Proven track record managing staff within a manufacturing or finishing environment
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement (5S/7S)
- High attention to detail and a focus on safety
- Able to start as soon as possible and eligible to work in the UK
