Salary: £28,000–£30,000 basic (negotiable) + uncapped bonus (average £6,000/year)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Saturdays: Contracted 1 in 3 (8am–1pm) – not currently active for 5+ years
Location: Ashford, Kent

We’re currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our welcoming and professional team at our main dealership in Ashford.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Acting as the key point of contact for service customers
- Booking vehicles in for service and repair
- Liaising between customers and the workshop
- Upselling additional work where appropriate
- Ensuring an efficient, premium level of service is delivered at every stage

- Have previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)
