My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of a regional portfolio of sites.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment and enjoys tackling technical and logistical challenges across facilities and building services

Key Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a facilities manager or senior operational management role
• Strong background in hard and soft FM services, including maintenance and compliance
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders under reactive and planned conditions
• Effective leadership skills with a focus on team development and service excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of facilities operations across a portfolio of sites
• Lead and support site-based FM teams, including maintenance operatives and service staff
• Manage reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and health & safety standards
• Coordinate building services such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, signage, and equipment repairs
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiency, and site performance
