
Social Worker
We are looking for a Social Worker to join the Adult Physical Disabilities Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
About the Team:
The team supports adults aged 18 and over with physical disabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking Section 42 safeguarding enquiries and managing complex cases involving self-neglect.
This is a stable contract opportunity.
About You:
To be considered, you must have:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
- Previous experience in a frontline Adult's Team Manager
- A full UK Driver's License is essential
