This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your craft in a refined and forward-thinking kitchen, producing seasonal, artisanal desserts for a discerning clientele.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the pastry section with precision, creativity, and care
• Designing and producing high-quality desserts, afternoon teas, and bakery items
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Exec team to develop new seasonal offerings
• Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, presentation, and consistency
• Training and inspiring junior chefs and kitchen assistants

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a high-end or luxury kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or members club)
• Passion for pastry and strong technical skills across classic and modern techniques
• A calm, professional attitude and a genuine love for hospitality
• A creative flair and an eye for elegant presentation
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and compliance
