Location Miami

Salary: up to $130,000 + Bonus and Benefits - relocation assistance available

About the position:

• Provide great standards of customer service
• Developing the team by providing tailor made training and feedback
• Performance management of the operations
• Full financial accountability
• Running of the day-to-day management of the operations
• Possess a self-motivated approach to their own personal and professional

The Ideal General Manager Candidate:

• Fluent English and Spanish is a plus
• Great experience in high volume operations
• Experience in retail, banquets and events
