Head of IT - Stuttgart (Hybrid) | €50,000–70,000

I'm working with an established and dynamic project management and event agency, seeking an experienced IT professional to step into a leadership position.

This is a unique opportunity to manage the internal IT infrastructure and processes for a company with a diverse client portfolio, with a critical focus on information security.

Your Experience:

• Proven experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
• Experience with TISAX is highly desirable.
  
  If you don't have it, you must have a strong willingness and ability to learn it quickly
• Native speaker or at least B2 level proficiency in German is required
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization
• Experience with Microsoft software tools is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and improving current IT processes, particularly using Microsoft tools, to increase efficiency.
• Managing the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensuring compliance with TISAX.
• Working with an outsourced IT company and an internal IT Admin to achieve IT goals.
