Sous Chef – Up to $95k – San Francisco, CA

 

I am excited to be working with a 3-star Michelin Restaurant.

They are proud to partner with local farmers to produce contemporary seasonal recipes while delivering top-notch, recognized service.

They are seeking a Sous Chef to join their team who will be running the routine operations – ensure team is following kitchen safety operations, quality assurance, and making the vision come to life.

 

Sous Chef Requirements:


  • MUST have experience in a fine-dining establishment, Michelin is highly preferred.
  • Knowing when to lead and when you need to jump on the line.
  • Experience with menu development a plus!
  • Knowledge of inventory and P&L processes.
