General Manager

Salary: $125,000 - $160,000

Location: New York City

The Company:

We are working with a New York-based hospitality group with restaurants across the city.

Each carry their own identity and cover an array of cuisines.

Due to exciting growth, they are looking for a General Managers in more than of their properties.

This General Manager will be a team builder, approachable, driven and a good problem solver.

General Manager responsibilities:

• Accountable for the business performance of the restaurant so you must have experience with financial targets and restaurant paperwork
• Ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly on all fronts each day
• Ensure the best guest experience possible
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests
• Develop, train, and mentor a team
• Schedule and manage admin tasks (accounting, payroll, etc.)
• Comply with all Federal and State policies and procedures
