As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be supporting the day-to-day care and educational activities of young children within a nurturing and collaborative team environment.

You will be responsible for:



* Conduct regular risk assessments throughout the day to maintain a safe nursery environment, in line with Safeguarding Procedures.


* Maintain a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care and development for all children.


* Communicate regularly and positively with parents/guardians, sharing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.


* Promote equal opportunities and inclusion for children with special educational needs and disabilities.


* Participate in supporting children's development and overall wellbeing.


* Provide support to key children.


What we are looking for:



* Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Educator, Nursery Assistant or in a similar role.


* At least 1 year of childcare experience.


* Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years or childcare.


* Passion for working with young children.


* Right to work in the UK.
