We are looking for a Social Worker to join a children's LAC team

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

This team manages a caseload of looked after children completing statutory visits, reviews and creating care plans which meet the child's needs.

This includes responding to any safeguarding concerns, collaborating with other professionals and agencies as well as presenting reports for necessary court proceedings.

This team may also support children through transitions e.g.

adoption or leaving care.

About you

A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.

A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
