The ideal Assistant General Manager will have:

• Previous wet-led bar management experience (high-volume experience essential)
• Current experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
• Strong cocktail knowledge and a good understanding of food
• Strong financial acumen
• A fun, hands-on, confident personality – this is not a brand for wallflowers!
• A commitment to creating a positive, enjoyable environment for team members
