Recycling Operatives (B76)

Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client, based in Sutton Coldfield (B76).

Our client is a well-established waste management business and require reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste
• Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines
• Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream
• Monitor waste disposal processes to minimise environmental impact and optimize resource recovery
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the sorting area
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards

Ideal candidate:

• Hardworking and reliable
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

Hours of Work: 7.30am – 4pm

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
