Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus discretionary bonus

About the Role

• Leadership and Team Development: The successful candidate will support the General Manager in leading and empowering teams of up to 80 members, fostering a culture of growth and development within their support team.
• Commercial and Financial Acumen: They will contribute to revenue growth strategies and cost management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Assistance in overseeing the whole venue, sales and marketing efforts will be crucial, with a focus on event management and retail operations.
• Revenue Management: They will manage operations with annual revenues up to £6 million
