Traffic Marshall / Banksman - Solar Farm | Wokingham | £17/hr (CIS)

MCG Construction is looking for a reliable Traffic Marshall / Banksman to join a solar farm project in Wokingham.

You will be responsible for managing vehicle movements on site, directing deliveries safely, and assisting with lifting operations to ensure smooth and safe site operations.

You will work closely with the Site Management Team and subcontractors to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall / Banksman card, and be available to work in the Wokingham area.

This role is paid £17 per hour under CIS and will run Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, starting in October 2025.
