We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a thriving primary school in Tower Hamlets.

Job Responsibilities

As a Behaviour Mentor, your key responsibilities will include:




  • Providing targeted support to pupils to improve behaviour, engagement, and social-emotional development




  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective behaviour strategies




  • Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering respect, resilience, and responsibility among pupils




  • Assisting in creating an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment




  • Monitoring pupil progress, maintaining records, and liaising with parents/carers when required




Qualifications/Experience

To be considered for the role of Behaviour Mentor, you will need:




  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • The right to work in the UK




  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar pastoral or support role is desirable




  • A commitment to promoting positive behaviour and supporting children's personal development
