Job Responsibilities

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:




  • Support children with special educational needs in both classroom and small group settings.




  • Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning activities tailored to individual needs.




  • Foster positive relationships to help pupils build confidence and independence.




  • Promote the school's values of kindness, trust, and courage in daily interactions.




  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.





Qualifications/Experience


  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service




  • Right to work in the UK




  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.




  • A caring, patient, and resilient approach with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
