
Restaurant Manager - Upscale Japanese Restaurant
Restaurant Manager – Las Vegas, NV – $65,000 to $80,000
We are working with an exciting hospitality group that has a range of upscale, vibrant concepts! We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at one of the upscale Japanese Restaurants.
You’ll be an integral part of the leadership team, ensuring flawless floor operations and an exceptional guest experience at every service.
This role involves guiding and developing the service team through hands-on training, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, and delivering personalized, refined service.
Skills and Experience
- Solid few years experience within a management capacity within a fine dining or high elevated restaurant.
- Strong Wine knowledge a must!
- Experience within a Japanese Restaurant a plus
- A pro when it comes to all FOH training
- Knowledge of the ins and outs of hospitality – all aspects of customer service
- Energic, hands-on, management style.
