Salary:            £55/58,000  

Location:        Central London - Mayfair

Skills and Experience: 

• Experience managing a branded or independent café, restaurant, or casual dining site 

• Ability to think independently, be a self-starter, and drive sales 

• A strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences every time 

• Committed to training, motivating, and developing a team 

• At least 2 years’ experience in a management role 

• Confident in stock management, budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing
