Office Administrator

15-20 hours per week, £27,000 - £29,000 (pro-rata)

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to provide essential support across a range of business functions.

Working closely with colleagues, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, from managing client documentation and preparing correspondence to monitoring deadlines and supporting day-to-day office needs.

This role is part-time (15-20 hours per week), with the option of term-time only and/or working within school-friendly hours (10:00-14:00).

It's ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a tangible contribution in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Reviewing and maintaining client documentation, including AML and ID checks

  • Ordering official documents from relevant government departments

  • Monitoring deadlines and keeping accurate records and files

  • Preparing emails, letters, invoices, statements, and other documents

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the office

  • Ensuring all tasks are delivered to a consistently high standard and on time


About You



  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional services environment

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient with MS Office and standard business applications

  • A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
