Our client, a dynamic hospitality group, is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to take the lead at one of their distinctive upscale concepts.
This venue blends high-end dining with entertainment, offering guests a truly memorable experience.
The menu is designed to be innovative and out-of-the-box - making this an excellent opportunity for a creative chef who thrives on developing unique dishes that surprise and delight.
What they are looking for:
- Must have led a high-volume kitchen at an Executive level
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a high-performing culinary team.
- Skilled in crafting innovative, seasonal menus that create an experience for the guest
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost management, inventory control, and health standards.
- You are a Powerhouse – highly driven, hands on and ready to jump in
