You'll be handling a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients, working across a broad range of industries and commercial lines.

Expect plenty of variety - renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business enquiries - and the chance to build strong relationships with both clients and insurers.

• A background in commercial account handling (cross-class experience preferred)


• Strong client servicing skills and the ability to manage renewals/MTAs with confidence


• Good knowledge of Acturis (or similar broking systems)


• Someone proactive, organised, and confident in building insurer relationships
