Job Title: Director of Sales – Hotels – Ireland
Salary: €80,000 + Bonus
Location: Ireland

I am currently recruiting a Director of Sales to join a leading hotel group in Galway.

As Area Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales across three properties, developing growth strategies, and maximising opportunities to cross-sell across multiple brands.

About the position

• Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing area sales team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and revenue
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each property
• Support forecasting, planning, and lead generation initiatives across the hotels
• Represent the hotels at client meetings, events, and trade shows
• Utilise CRM, BI tools, and market intelligence platforms to maximise efficiency and performance

The successful candidate

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel sales management
• Multi-site management experience advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Sales-focused, results-driven, and able to influence stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Galway market desirable but not essential
