Deputy Manager

I am looking for a Deputy Children's Home Manager for a charity who specialise in children's services including fostering agency and children's home.

Their home in Worksop is looking for a brand new Deputy Manager to join the team and help the Registered Manager.

Your home is a 4 bed home in Worksop and you will join an established and existing staff team.

The Deputy Manager is paying £38,000 on a 45 hour contract with additional £60 per sleep in shift completed.

About You:

• Previous Deputy Manager experience in a children's home


• Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent


• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management


• Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding


• Positive personality who is child led in practice
