Skills and Experience of a General Manager:

• Proven leadership experience in a café, or quick-service restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
