Salary: Up to £42,000 plus tronc

My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at this Boutique 4

* hotel & Spa in Kent.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to bring their expertise and skills to this fantastic luxury boutique hotel.

As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the development & training of the team along with bringing the service levels to the highest standards.

About the position

• Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
• Manage the P&L, forecasting and budgeting
• Oversee all F&B outlets including events
• Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
• Interact with guests and lead by example
• Report to the General Manager

The successful candidate

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Hotel experience would be beneficial
• Conference & Banqueting experience
• A born leader with a can-do attitude
• Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
• A dynamic and motivated individual
• Someone with a passion for F&B
